If I sign up for a Prestigious Mail Address how long before you can be receiving my mail?

We can be receiving your mail within 24 hours of you signing up and paying for the service. Aside from payment, we also require photo identification (e.g. Passport or Australian drivers license) to be faxed or emailed to us as part of the set up process.

How can I pay for the Virtual Address service?

We accept payment by credit card (AMEX, Visa and Mastercard) or by EFT to the Virtual Headquarters bank account.

Can I collect my mail personally from the business centre 24/7?

In most of our 50+ business centres nationally you are able to collect your mail 24x7 from the business centre. For those business centres with 24/7 access we issue you with your own key or security access to enter the business centre to collect your mail. What if I can't collect my mail or courier parcels personally from the business centre? Can you forward my items to me?

If for any reason you are unable to collect your mail from the business centre we can forward that mail or package to you anywhere in the world as you instruct, as often as you require. If you have multiple mail pieces for example we can bundle those up and mail them to you in the one package. Many of the business centres, but not all, charge a small handling fee to bundle the mail up, pay the correct postage and mail it to you from an Australia Post, Post Office. The handling fee is typically $5 or $6 per bundle of mail mailed, plus the cost of the postage. All business centres will charge you at cost the postage cost of the stamps used to forward your mail, even if they don’t charge a handling fee.

When mail or courier parcels arrive for me, do you let me know? Is that service FREE?

Yes! When mail or a package arrives for you at the business centre we let you know via SMS and / or Email. That way you don’t have to call in or contact the business centre to check if mail has arrived for you. Notification is FREE as part of your Virtual Address subscription.

Can I have more than one Virtual Mail Address so I have a national presence?

Yes you can. There are over 10,000 mail box customers throughout our 50+ business centres Australia wide. Many of our clients have numerous mail boxes (Virtual Addresses) such that they present a national image to their customers and target market. From $48 per month most clients find this an extremely cost effective way to have an interstate or national presence.

Can I just sign up for a Prestigious Mail Address in one location only?

Yes you are able to have just a single Virtual Address and no other services. You can instantly add a Live Answering Service at any time if you also require a Virtual Receptionist to answer your calls but there is no obligation to use our Answering Services if you don't require those. With us, you only pay for what you really need which makes it very cost effective!

Can I do a Free Trial of the Prestigious Mail Address service?

No we don’t offer a Free Trial for the Virtual Mail Address service.
